It is ideal for a classroom or storage, or one could alter it for use as a mobilehome. It has a suspended ceiling just like in an office, with fluorescent lighting and ducting in the ceiling for the central heating and air conditioning. The trailer is fully insulated and has an exterior of T-111 siding and an interior of birch paneling. I sold this trailer a few months ago but the buyer was unable to take delivery and it is still in my storage yard in Corona and I need to re-sell it as soon as possible.
